Easyprint™ is a unique service from INET Graphics Associates which is an extremely efficient Internet-based system for producing high-quality xerographic documents at low cost, and with fast turnaround.

How does Easyprint™ work?

A customer submits its electronic files including the text, graphics, and photos which make up the content of a new document to INET Graphics Associates via Internet E-mail, Internet FTP, or conventional mail. If needed, INET Graphics Associates professionals will scan photos, size and edit graphics as necessary, and reformat text files, as required, to create an electronic version of the document, and transmit an electronic proof of this document back to the customer. The customer reviews the document, and gives the OK to print. This electronic document file is then submitted to our Xerox DocuTech system for high-speed duplication, collating, and binding. The completed documents are then shipped (overnight delivery, if required) to locations specified by the customer.

For documents consisting of numerous originals to be produced in relatively low quantities (200 to 2000 copies), Easyprint™ is an unbeatable solution. Since the document is processed entirely in electronic form, the time consuming and expensive steps of text and graphics paste-up are eliminated, proofing by the customer is greatly simplified, and last-minute changes by the customer are easily accommodated.
